1.1 Video calls

New field for own video link: You can now insert the link of your own video conference provider in the appointment invitations. To do this, select the appointment type "Video call (add own link)". Read more details about video interviews in our article "Flexible recruiting with video-interviews".

1.2 Access groups

New settings for the candidate recommendations: From now on, you can define which colleagues can see candidate recommendations and write to talents. Enable/disable the new option at "Settings" > "Access management" > "Access groups" > Edit group > "Access" > "Candidates" > "can see recommendations and ask candidates to apply". If the function is disabled, the respective access groups will not see the "Recommendations" tab.

The default settings are:

• Admin: function enabled
• Recruiter: function enabled
• Fachabteilung: function disabled
• Interviewer: function disabled

1.3 Job details

New design: We have adjusted the design of the "Job-Details" overview. The functionality has not been changed.
