All messages from your candidates can be found in the candidate profile at "Activities/Messages". In addition to the messages, the automatic system messages are also displayed here. Use the filter "Messages" (1) to display only the messages. Use the filter "Activities" (2) to display only the system messages.
Do you not see your own sent messages in the candidate profile? Missing some of your candidates' answers?
So go to the top of the profile to "Active applications" (1) and select the option "Show all applications" (2) from the drop-down list. This will show you all the messages for the respective applicant under "Activities/Messages". However, if you select a specific job from the list, some messages may disappear.
The reason: If you send your messages from the candidate profile, these are assigned to the person applying and are only displayed if you display all messages. However, if you send your email from the job overview, it will be linked to the job and only displayed if this job is selected.
