There can be several reasons if the Cronofy integration does not work. Please check the following points:
- Make sure that all users have the proper authorization.
- Shared mailboxes, such as "email@example.com", cannot be connected. The mailboxes must always be assigned to individual persons.
- Disconnect and set up Cronofy again.
- Cronofy Enterprise: Remove the scope (the marker in the email permission) and reassign it.
If everything works, you will see a line from the calendar of the selected participants at the bottom of the appointment invitation.
