FAQ: Why does the Cronofy integration not work?

There can be several reasons if the Cronofy integration does not work. Please check the following points:

• Make sure that all users have the proper authorization.
• Shared mailboxes, such as "bewerbungen@meinefirma.com", cannot be connected. The mailboxes must always be assigned to individual persons.
• Disconnect and set up Cronofy again.
• Cronofy Enterprise: Remove the scope (the marker in the email permission) and reassign it.

If everything works, you will see a line from the calendar of the selected participants at the bottom of the appointment invitation.
