Candidate recommendations
Instead of waiting for applications after publishing a job ad, you will automatically receive suitable candidate recommendations from the XING network. You do not need a XING profile or a TalentManager licence, just an Application Manager account.
After you have published a job ad, you will automatically be forwarded to the list with the profile suggestions.
Customers with a Pro or Ultimate price plan can directly invite the persons from the profile suggestions to apply by clicking on "Start a conversation".

Video questions and calls
Get to know your candidates better during the first contact by having them answer a question as a video in the application form. For example, why the person has applied for the respective position.
You create a video question by going to "Settings" (1) > "Applications" (2) > "Custom questions" (3), creating a new question (4) and selecting "Video" (5) as answer type. Fill in the fields for the question and the desired length and your video question is ready. You can also set the question as default in the question settings behind the gear icon (6), in which case it will appear in every application. You can also add the question to a questionnaire.
Have you made a pre-selection ― perhaps also on the basis of the video question? So invite your candidates to a video interview: use our video conferencing application or insert the link of the provider of your choice.

Candidate profile
Click on a job and view all applications under "Your Candidates". Find out more about each person by clicking on their name. In addition to the CV and other additional information, the candidate profile also shows the appointments and comments of your colleagues.

Corporate calendar
The Cronofy calendar integration allows you to easily organise job interviews via the Application Manager by viewing the availability of your colleagues directly in the system.
You have the choice between the integrations Business Connect and Enterprise Connect. You can find a detailed description in our article "Cronofy: Integration of external calender".
Activate the integration in the "Settings" (1) > "Integrations" (2) > "Calendar" (3).
As soon as the integration is active, the availability of the colleagues is displayed directly in the invitation.
Speculative applications
With a speculative application, candidates have the opportunity to apply to companies that do not currently have any suitable vacancies advertised but are nevertheless interesting.
Allow this type of application by activating it in the "Settings" (1) > "Applications" (2) > "Application settings" (3).
