Employer Branding Profile
To adjust the contact person of the employer profile, you must be at least an editor of the employer profile.
- To do so, log in to XING with your personal XING profile.
- Then click on "Companies" on the left side in the navigation bar.
- Click on the button "Managing".
- Now select your company.
- If you are in edit mode, please scroll to the bottom of the page or click the tab "Contact".
- Click on the "pencil icon" to edit or change the contact person.
You can search for the right person in the search field. For existing contact persons, you can add a description using the pencil icon. Use the bar icon to change the order. Then click on "Done".
You can add different contact person for your page (for example for press inquiries, applications, marketing matters, sales. The first two contact persons will be displayed in the overview as well as under "contact persons".
Use the "pencil icon" next to the contact person to describe the responsibiliy / specify the topics this person can be contacted about.
Free employer profile
Please note that one contact person must be provided for a free employer profile. Follow steps 1-6 above. To change the contact person listed on the employer profile, simply add someone else, and the previous contact person will be removed, as you can only have one contact person.
It is not possible to remove the contact person without storing another contact person.
As only XING profiles can be deposited, it is necessary that the desired contact person has a personal XING profile.
