The onlyfy one Talent Acquisition platform allows you to create an unlimited number of users with just a few clicks.

To do this, go to "Settings" (1) > "Access groups" (2) > "Users" (3) and click on "Create new user" (4). In the next window you can choose whether you want to invite users (5) or add them directly (6).

The differences between the two are shown in the table below:

Registration on the onlyfy one platform	The invited person receives an e-mail and registers himself·herself.	The administrator registers the new user and he·she receives the login data by e-mail.
Password	Password is set by the invited person as part of the registration process.	The password is generated by the system and sent to the new user by e-mail.
Availability	As long as a person has not accepted the invitation, they cannot participate in the hiring process.	The user is available for all processes from the moment of creation.

Invite user

To invite persons, enter the e-mail address of the respective person (1), select the desired access group (2) and send the invitation (3). The "Team" option is currently without function.

The invited person receives an e-mail so that he·she can register. Once he·she has clicked on "Register" in the e-mail, the registration page will open. Here the password can be set and the name entered. Optionally, the phone number can also be entered. If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically included in the signature. As soon as the person has clicked on "Register now", they are redirected to onlyfy one.

As long as a person has not accepted the invitation, they cannot participate in the hiring process.

Add user

Fill in the form under "Add user" (1) accordingly to create a new user:

• E-mail (mandatory)
• Access group (mandatory)
• Title (mandatory)
• First name (mandatory)
• Last name (mandatory)
• Phone: If this field is filled in, the phone number is automatically included in the signature.

After you have clicked on "Create user" (2), an e-mail with the login data including password is sent to the corresponding person. From the moment of creation, this user is available for all processes.
