Make it easier for job seekers to apply by offering Instant Apply for job ads you publish on XING.

Activate XING Instant Apply

The Instant Apply feature is available to our Ultimate customers for both XING Basic and onlyfy one Job Ads. To enable it, first create or edit a job in the "Jobs" section.

XING Basic

Go directly in the job to the step "Publish" (1) > "Promote for free" > "XING Basic" (2), click on "Manage" (3) and activate the function "Add apply button to job ad" (4).

As soon as you have saved and published your entries, the "Apply" button including the instant apply function will be visible on XING.

Job Ads on XING

Go directly in the job to the step "Publish" (1), click on "Job boards" > "Job ads on XING" (2), select the desired product (3) and activate the function "Add apply button to job ad" (4).

As soon as you have saved and published your entries, the "Apply" button including the instant apply function will be visible on XING.

XING Instant Apply from the perspective of the candidates

The application via the Instant Apply button is possible both with and without a XING profile. In both cases, the interested person clicks on the "Apply" button and in the next step can adjust their own data, upload additional documents or write a personal message ― if desired.

The application is sent to your company via the "Send application" button. In the next step, the applicant will see a confirmation that the application has been sent. The confirmation will also be sent by e-mail.

The application is automatically sent to Application Manager and marked with the XING symbol in the candidate profile.
