Gain valuable feedback on your application process by automatically asking new hires for feedback.
Use the automated workflow "Feedback after new hire" from onlyfy one. After activation, it sends an invitation to evaluate the application process via e-mail to the new employee, if the last change of the application status was two days ago and it is set to "HIRED".
Enable automated worklow
The workflow is initially disabled. To enable it, go to "Settings" (1) > "Automated workflows" (2) and click "Disabled" (3) next to the named workflow.
Do you want to adapt the workflow to your company's requirements? Click on "Edit" (1) and make the desired changes:

Here you can specify when to start the automated workflow and send the e-mail.

Enter the application status of your choice here. You can also add additional conditions.

We have already have a suitable template for you by default. Click on "Edit message" (5) to view the template. Feel free to rephrase the text, rewrite it or add a new template.
Attention! The feedback questionnaire will only be sent if the link "Review invitation: Applicants" (6) has been inserted. In the text the link is displayed as follows: %applicantFeedbackFormLink%.
Please make sure that the link is still present in the text if you have changed the text template.
Save your changes (7) and proceed to the next step.
Now move the slider next to "Engable on saving" to the right to activate the workflow. You will then be asked again whether the changes are desired. Confirm them by clicking on "Save changes".
The automated e-mails are now activated. As soon as the criteria are met, the message is sent on behalf of the contact person responsible for the respective job, and the persons contacted have the opportunity to respond.
The preview of the evaluation form can be found under "Settings" (1) > "Integrations" (2) > "Reviews" (3) > "Applicant reviews" (4).
The invitation link is valid for two weeks. To update an expired link, you can resend the invitation.
Only one review can be submitted per application.
You can view and evaluate the ratings reviews under "Reports" (1) > "Reviews" (2) > "Applicant reviews" (3). You can view the reviews in detail by clicking on the "Average score" field (4).
Decide which access groups have access to the reports. It is recommended that all users who are allowed to request the feedback can also see the reports.
Set the appropriate permissions under "Settings" (1) > "Access management" (2) > "Access groups" (3) > "Edit" (4) > "Access" (5) > "Reports" (6) > "can see the candidate feedback report" (7). Admins can access the reports by default.
