XING Instant Apply: Proof of concept

The XING Instant Apply is a particularly convenient way to apply directly via the XING job platform. As part of our proof of concept, we are offering additional companies the opportunity to set up XING Instant Apply as an option for their candidates in Q4 2023 for testing purposes.

Proof of concept

For selected companies, we will shortly automatically switch the application method to XING Instant Apply. As soon as a talent applies, the application information is automatically forwarded to the respective companies via a partner service provider.

The proof of concept is expected to run until the end of 2023.

How does XING Instant Apply work?

The application via the Instant Apply button is possible both with and without a XING profile. In both cases, if a talent is interested in an open position, he·she will start the application process by clicking on the ´Apply´ button.

In the next step ― if desired ― the candidate can customize his·her own data, upload additional documents or write a personal message. If a person has a XING profile, the data is automatically taken from that profile.

The application will automatically be sent to the company by clicking on the "Submit application" button.

• All information is automatically taken from the XING profile
• Candidates do not need to leave the XING platform to apply

• More completed applications, as the application process has only a few steps and is much more convenient than many other application options.
• Transparent overview of how many and which applications have been generated via the XING job platform
