Roles are a collection of defined authorizations that determine which actions onlyfy TalentManager users can perform and which not, e.g. B. create projects or run reports. Each person can only have one role at a time.
There are two roles in the XING TalentManager: recruiters and administrators.
Administrator
Administrators are employees with additional rights to manage and customize your onlyfy TalentManager.
You can perform the following tasks:
- Manage projects, pools and team messages.
- Assign and remove licences to team members view the performance of individuals in your recruiting team.
- Adapt talent and project status to your recruiting processes.
- Perform recruiter's tasks.
Recruiter
The recruiter role is defined by an administrator.
Recruiters look for suitable talents on XING and interact with them.
You can perform the following tasks:
- Create projects, pools and work with shared projects/pools and read shared messages.
- Write messages to talents.
- Share messages with the team.
- View your own and shared team performance.
