Contract term and notice period

The contract period for TalentManager is 12 months and is automatically extended by a further 12 months if we do not receive notice of termination from you in due time.

The ordinary period of notice is 3 months to the end of the contract. You can terminate the contract at any time during the contract period. However, a termination does not lead to a reduction of the contract period of 12 months.
