The Jobs and Careers section on XING is a portal where companies of all sizes can advertise job vacancies and where members can look for jobs. Your job ads can also be found by non-members via search engines, if you wish.

XING combines the advantages of both active and passive job searches. This means that applicants can actively search for suitable job ads on XING Jobs or have their XING profile found by headhunters and recruiters. Interested parties can also find additional information and reviews about the companies on the company profile.

To search for suitable jobs in XING, talents can go to the XING Jobs section to receive recommendations for jobs or search for jobs themselves.

By searching for a job title, keyword or city, for example, suitable search results are displayed, which can be narrowed down further using the filter function.

In cooperation with the kununu rating platform, the offers can also be filtered according to company benefits. If XING members also have Premium membership, salary forecasts can also be viewed in the ads.

Created and saved search requests inform users by e-mail when new job ads are available that match the talent's defined search criteria.
