Activate and use Smart Templates

Use Smart Templates to send automatically generated yet customized messages to talent.

Templates are generated on the basis of a project, which must contain at least one job title. Based on the following information, the system generates a suitable address to help you with your wording:

• Project information
• Information from the talent profile
• Data from the company profile of the TalentManager user

Make sure that this information is at least entered on your part to improve the quality of the message templates.

Activate and use Smart Templates

1. Open the TalentManager.
2. Go to the "Projects" tab in the left navigation bar.
3. Select a project.
4. Now click on either the gray "Edit Details" tab or the "Project Details" tab.
5. Now activate the Smart Templates via the slider control.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose between "Formal" or "Informal" address.
7. Fill your project mask completely and make sure you have a well-maintained company profile and click on "Save".
8. If steps 5 to 7 are fulfilled, click on "Write messages" within the candidate list of a project. The Smart Template will automatically appear in the message box. You can make changes or individualizations by clicking in the text area.
9. By clicking on the "Smart Template"-Button, you can also deactivate the template.
