Save candidates to your own or team pool

There are several ways to add a talent to the talent pool.

• via the search
• via other projects & pools
• via manual input

Add a talent via search / projects & pools

1. Perform a search or go to an existing project or talent pool.
2. Select matching / interesting talent.
3. Click on the tab "Add to talent pool".
4. Search for the matching created own pool or team pool.
5. Assign another talent status
6. Then click on "Add to talent pool"

Add a talent manually

1. Go to the talent pool you want to add the talent to.
2. Now click either "Search candidates" in the top right corner (to search in the XING network, or click the three-dot button and select "Import external candidate profile").
3. Fill out all relevant fields, upload resume or other documents if necessary, and then click "Add Candidate".
