Can I use the TalentManager without a personal XING profile?

No. XING is personal and all onlyfy solutions are used via the personal profile. For joint work on recruiting projects in onlyfy TalentManager, it is necessary that each team member has a personal XING profile, e.g. to write messages and network with suitable talents.
