Changes in the application process

As announced in past changelogs, we have introduced the "File" question type so that you can easily request documents as an additional question. Now the old "Uploads" step will be deactivated on October 31, 2022. If you are still using this step, please adjust your account accordingly, otherwise your candidates will not be able to upload files.

Our recommendation: update your standardized application processes directly under "Settings" > "Applications" > "Application process" to adjust all active jobs at the same time. Please note that job-specific application processes have to be adjusted manually in the job.

System reports

The individual reports provide a modern and efficient overview of the most important KPIs. For this reason, we have deactivated the old system reports for our onlyfy one customers.
