Prescreen will become onlyfy  

We have some exciting news! Prescreen and XING E-Recruiting are joining forces to become onlyfy.

We’ll be officially presenting our new brand to the public on 13 September at the Zukunft Personal Europe 2022. Then we’ll also show you our whole new portfolio and tell you more about onlyfy. We can’t wait!

What does that mean for you?

Prescreen has now moved to onlyfy.io. Of course, you can still use your tool as usual. All original domains will be automatically redirected:

Job details

• New field for the work experience: From now on, you can also select which level of work experience the job requires when creating a job. To do this, select the appropriate value from the drop-down list under "Overall work experience" in the "Job details" step. Specifying the work experience improves the accuracy of our recommendations, which are offered with the new onlyfy products.

Help menu

• New design: We have overhauled the design of the help menu.
• New look for the Prescreen Classic customers: We have updated the help menu and expanded it with additional information, such as the Prescreen Status. 
• Phone support: All users with admin rights who use one of our paid products have direct access to the contact details of our phone support in the tool.

Design adjustments

• New color contrasts: Thanks to our customer´s feedback, we have updated our user interface to offer clearer color contrasts for improved legibility and visual signaling.
• New logo: From now on you will see our logo onlyfy by XING permanently in the top left corner of the tool. Your uploaded company logo will of course continue to be used in the job ads and signatures as usual.
• Improved layout of the candidate notifications: We have updated the structure and design of the email notifications.

Privacy settings

• Adjustments in the privacy settings only for onlyfy one customers: There are changes in the "Settings" > "Privacy & data processing" section for all Prescreen 2022 customers who have agreed to the new AGB (General terms and conditions) including joint responsibility and have thus been converted to onlyfy one. One change is that in addition to the previous part of the privacy policy for candidates, there is also a fixed part provided by New Work SE that contains the information on joint responsibility.
