• Structured view of the job ads: The structured version of the job template is essential if the publication on job boards is planned. To enable a final triage, from now on the structured version will also be displayed during job creation.

Application process

• Complexity reduced in the context of job creation: Different requirements for applicants also require tailored application processes: Therefore, define the questions for the application form individually for each job in order to obtain only the information relevant for this position from your applicants. The number and sequence of steps can no longer be changed by default during job creation. However, the function can be reactivated by the admin in the "Settings" > "Application process". 

XING easy apply

• Easy application with XING profile data: You achieve with a one-click application more applications and reduce unnecessary dropouts! Therefore we activate XING easy apply as the default setting for all XING job ads. Of course, you still have the option to disable the easy apply function.

Applicant list in the job view

• Indication error: If you filtered the applicant list by applicant status and then changed the status, the result remained unchanged in the filtered view, thus showing incorrect data. With the introduced change, the user is shown an information text that refers to updating the page with the help of a button provided for this purpose.
  
  
• Loading issues: Changing an applicant status in the applicant list resulted in a disruptive refresh of the entire page. This has now been fixed and only the applicant list is updated.

Jobs

• Access to duplicated jobs not always possible: From now on, jobs can only be duplicated by users who can subsequently edit the duplicate themselves. Accordingly, only the users with the access right "Can edit all jobs" can create duplicates.

Custom jobboards

• Error while saving: Saving new or existing custom job boards caused a 500-error for a short time. This has now been fixed.
