• Salary data for job boards: The salary range and remote work information is now also transmitted to Job Ad Partner and thus to other job platforms that support these options as well as in the Prescreen feed. A corresponding adjustment for our partner Iventa will be made shortly.

Gender-sensitive communication

• Change „Mx“ to „Diverse“: To ensure a neutral approach, only "Diverse" is now displayed instead of "Mx" when creating new candidate profiles. Within the remaining communication, the address is still omitted and only the full name is used.

• Salary range not applied: The salary data from Prescreen is now correctly transferred to XING. The field "Maximum" is a mandatory field for salary data from now on (required for XING and possibly also other job boards).
