FAQ: Does the number of XING contacts of a person influence the ranking in the recommendation list?

The number of contacts a person has on XING is taken into account when calculating network activity and is thus an important factor in the willingness to change jobs. This in turn is an important aspect of our recommendation list.

Please note that if a person blocks a recruiter, this person will not be shown to the respective recruiter in the recommendation list.
